Just picked this game up after watching a video about it on YT from Splatter. This is like Star Sector but lighter. Just put about 8 hours into it in one day, and forced my self to take a break cause I had to run errands and go to the gym. Developer put this game out 5 years ago but just this month launched a new base building DLC and has been active with updates for the game for the last 5 years. This is like a passion project for him, so definitely not vaporware.
