Can these be added to a grandfathered account and used in the same way as xt2 cameras?

This is as reliable of detecting in I don't know what. Sensitivity is way up and still doesn't really detect always and turn light on. I think you need to walk diagonally toward it lol

I agree.

I have many blink cameras. the XT, 3rd Gen, and 4th Gen, Doorbell and the motion detection is fine for all of them. Something is wrong wrong with detection and happens a lot, even 5 feet away.

Yes I know it's not just me! Haha what a funny timing and now I just got notified that camera floodlight is offline. So buggy. Happens periodically and then comes back online or I have to get the ladder to reset. I know it's not my WIFI since I moved mesh pod even closer.

yah, i have 10 blink cameras, and the wired floodlight is the only one with any issues. mine will detect motion, and then just notify (both alexa and blink app) non stop, until I either power cycle the device, or turn off motion detection on that device. i have worked with support previously, got the run around and eventual "a software update is coming to address this" that dragged me out of the warranty period. the light still works great, but the camera part is useless. now i just use it as a smart light to be turned on when a nearby camera detects motion.
