TB 3, 4, 5, and USB 4 (full speed 40gbps), and USB 4v2 cables are all supposed to be the same (though some newer ones support higher EPR charging speeds up to 240w, vs the required 100w), though I know some devices are picky. You're paying extra for the TB5 certification from Intel, which isn't a bad thing if you have one of those pickier devices, but you can go cheaper if you're not and look for TB3/USB 4 cables.
