No, it won't. But I got the deal of months ago and they are basically brand new. Just be gentle with them. I've had no issues.

Same I have these for over two years and have had no issues with the hinges. Have the XM4 since they were on sale and highly recommend Secondipity, all of my pairs of headphones have been like brand new.
I try not to be rough with the XM5's given their history but no issues thus far (knock on wood).

I wouldn't call that fake. I bought 3 pairs of the Sony earbuds which are incredible. They kept lowering their prices so I kept buying and returned the first and gifted the second to my brother.
We both use them for several hours a day for work and they are the best earbuds for noise cancellation and call quality. I also find music to be exceptional through such a low profile IEM.
I'm going to get a pair of these cans at this price for home theater viewing after my partner goes to sleep.

here is another defensive post. I have purchased from them half a dozen times. All products exceeded my expectations for looking new. I had one Allstate warranty claim after a year and it was very easy. my only complaint is that the Allstate warranty refunds you the purchase cost but NOT the tax.
