The inside dimensions are 19.5" long, 12" wide, and 18" high.
The bump for the compressor on the bottom (all car fridges have this) is 8.5" long and 7.5" high.
The previous poster who said "See my thread for internal measurements and why I went with another model" is wrong. This cooler is a full 12" wide inside, so it fits egg cartons and bacon packages sideways, multiple milk jugs, etc. Source: I use it for all my supermarket trips. I've owned a 51L cooler, and though this one is technically only 10L larger, I can fit almost twice as much stuff inside.
Outside dimensions are 24" long x 16" wide x 22.5" tall. This fridge is very space-efficient. If you want a fridge with wheels, you will end up with a cooler that is much larger on the outside and much smaller on the inside. The carrying handles are solid metal and don't crush your fingers against the cooler when you lift it, unlike Colemans and a lot of other brands. I have no problem toting it around, but I don't skip leg day either. However, it's tall, so if you have a sedan or small hatchback you need to make sure it will fit.
I have owned a dual-zone car refrigerator. IMO they're worthless, and I consider this one an upgrade because of the space efficiency. All the divider does in a dual-zone is wall off the side with the compressor from the other side. There's no temperature control. The other side will end up warmer, but you can't control by how much. Plus, with the wall in place, each side is tiny and you can't fit any meaningful amount of food inside...and this fridge cools down much faster than the dual-zone I had before, because the walls are metal and dual-zone walls all seem to be plastic.
All of the Chinese car refrigerators I've seen, including BougeRV, use the same electronics module. The 2-prong power plug is the same too: you can interchange power plugs between them, so my guess is that the compressors are the same too. A 2-year warranty is 17.99, which still leaves you with $150+ in your pocket. This one is most commonly branded "Blackhorse Racing."
Here's what I wrote in the OP, in case it helps:
I own one of these. Can't vouch for longevity but it works very well.
It's huge inside, much bigger than a standard Coleman cooler.
It's tall. If you have a sedan or hatchback, make sure you have enough vertical room.
Cools quickly and can keep temperatures below freezing, even in a hot car.
Has nice metal handles that don't crush your fingers against the cooler when you lift it.
Has a bright interior LED light that turns on when you open it.
Comes with a 12V adapter so you can run it on wall power.
Inside tub is metal. Cools faster than the ones with plastic tubs. There is a drain in the bottom.
Lid opens from both sides.
Uses the same controls, power supply, and compressor as every other Chinese car refrigerator I've seen.
Has an adjustable voltage shutoff, so you won't completely drain your battery even if you leave it on.
2-year warranty is only $18.
I hope this helps anyone on the fence!
Either the online measurements are wrong or you measured wrong. This fridge is a full 12" wide inside...I measured it myself. Full measurements above.

Just a thought... If you are a little bit handy, you might be able to move the hinges to the longer side.

This right here.. both things are a must. Dual zones and wheels. The last thing I need is throwing out my back or straining something trying to move a packed cooler. Plus why leave yourself short and only get one of the two options between a fridge/freezer.
