I really want this, several reviews mention the mystery figure isn't there / has been removed. Amazon has the product marked as "Frequently Returned"

I've ordered several of these. All had their blind box. They're sealed in an outer clear bag that says not to separate. Not saying it doesn't happen, but my experience has been 100% positive.
