"Stably Fixed on the Desk" suggests no.

This broke in under a year for me but they refunded me the money under warranty so I guess it could have been worse lol

I had only positive experience with Baseus, tbh. Even when I submitted a warranty claim, they made everything right.

A response from the manufacturer claims it is ETL listed:

"This product was certified by ETL and can meet the requirement of UL817, clause 21.4, AC outlet is rated for 125V."

This one might be a better deal. For $6 more, you get 100W charging instead of 67W, and it's from a more reputable brand.

20% more expensive, reduced surge protection, doesn't stick in place to desk, doesn't include free 100w USB C cable. I'd only get the Anker if you absolutely needed to power a laptop that requires 90w

UL or ETL listing means it's passed industry standard safety and standards tests for electric (battery or utility) devices. Generally means the device meets their minimum standards for how it operates and its safety.
