The treadmill is generally well-reviewed, with customers praising its quality, sturdiness, and smooth performance. Many find it to be a great value, comparable to commercial gym equipment. However, some customers have reported issues with the heart rate sensors, Bluetooth connectivity, and the included app. There have also been complaints about the delivery and assembly process, with the treadmill being very heavy and difficult to move. Overall, it seems to be a solid home treadmill option, but customers should be aware of the potential issues.
