Because the regular prices here are obscene. For example, Little Caesars hot n ready cheese/pepperoni pizza is like $5-6 in many parts of the country. Here, it is $10. A deal like this carls jr thing doesn't make up for the insane regular prices here, but at least it's something. You don't even wanna know what Carls jr charges regularly for their food here...
For this reason, we just go get Applebee's to go when we want burgers and fries. It usually costs less for our family.
