Project Farm did a youtube comparison. Timecoded to the results where it was the best with 124,800 RPM tested.

I can actually confirm that because i bought one last time it was a deal at $56 and it was overheating so i returned and they sent me replacement which is fine looks new absolutely but so did the first piece.

To be honest, it probably is close (that's an up to maximum). I have one and am an electronics engineer. A minute is a long time, and this is a very tiny brushless motor with a lightweight blade. 150,000 rpm is one full rotation every 2.5ms. Very much possible.
