Maybe for a Chihuahua.
The base foam will compress down to nothing even if it's close to 4" (it probably isn't).
Notice how they only give the height up to the bolster, which most dogs don't use.
Thanks for the heads up … I ordered without thinking for my pug but just saw the measurements and canceled the order ! But yea $15 is cheap otherwise. Maybe that's why no one is getting this because the depth is too shallow for big dog !
