I dont know why some reviews are decent. I returned this. Kept getting jammed and made a mess. Followed instructions perfectly.

Alternatively, my aunt has one too. She barely uses it, but says its nkt worth the headache. Shares similar feelings.

I'm excellent at getting all my money back and many times making a profit using kohls cash so im not too worried about it, to me $90 in KC is almost like real money.

I will give you one tip on kohls cash- buy something for store pickup, don't pick it up, it will get refunded for a longer period kohl's cash which you can use when there is free shipping or coupon deals.

i had this for less than a month and used it a dozen of times. i havent tried all the features yet. i just buy ice cream and turn it into soft serve. easy clean up. havent had a jam yet. not mcdonalds soft serve but at least this hasnt broken down yet.

Kohls cash is trash. You can't stack their own coupons with it. I should have sued them back when they marketed it as "better than cash"

Original creami is the way to go.
Theres not a lot of substance in the new version and it is much more expensive and takes up more space.
You can get softserve consistency just by running respin until you're satisfied with v1.0. You can put it in a piping bag if you want the swirl experience.
Original is also much easier to clean.

you know you can always get free shipping on kohl's app if your "location" is showing as in store. you just have to make sure your GPS shows you are.
