On a normal usage how many hours you get on full charge.
Pretty similar in stats. 14" vs 16", what is odd is he listed the same model GPU but one has 6GB and other 8GB??? 3cell vs 4cell battery.
Hmm...opinions?

I bought it late last year to get a different computer so it's free money for me, but if you're just signing up to get the cash back it won't be worth it if you don't shop at best buy at least occasionally.

Would I have challenges in getting drivers and all

-I think it's fully compatible with Ubuntu. I haven't tried installing it but I saw a youtube video about it and they said everything worked.
-At under $600 there /are/ OLEDs with much better color coverage if you wait for sales: the Ryzen 340 Lenovo 7 was on sale for $599 last week. Personally I bought this instead just because I don't trust Lenovo's hinges - normally I wouldn't trust HP's either, but they have a video on replacing everything on this laptop, and the hinges are screwed directly into the aluminum(?) shell from what I can see, and are replaceable. I also wanted the Ultra 5 over the Ryzen 340, and the best buy $50 back thing wasn't happening when the Lenovo was on sale, so this was much cheaper for me. But the Lenovo - or something else - might still be a better buy if you want the OLED.
-Battery life so far for me [... over like three days of usage, and I have it set to best battery life and uninstalled all of HP's programs] has been anywhere from 6 to 10 hours depending on what I'm doing. Currently it says '71% [5h25m remaining]'. After a few days it seems to have gotten to the battery life I expected when I started, which is good enough for me. I do wish it was a little better but the battery life is not bad.
-The keyboard is a bit weird but I actually like it. It's very low travel but I like that with a chiclet keyboard. But because of that, and the screen, it's probably good to try it in person before buying if you can.
