I would pass on these for being refurb, lightning cable, and likely being a month away from a 3rd gen pro release. Will likely see a lot of deals for the outgoing 2nd gen(new) or get the better perks of the new model.

No! You can't get AppleCare if it was not "refurbished" by Apple.

Factory reconditioned. Woot's factory. Meaning they might have had the earwax cleaned out of them, or maybe not. Have fun with that.

Didn't know they made air pod pros with lightning. Looks like they switched over in sept '23 so these refurbs are likely all older than that? I'd pass

Rumors appear to indicate that the AirPods Pro 3 will not be announced in 2025.

Agree on the other aspects. I would not purchase anything with lightning at this point, almost regardless of the price.
