That is an apple to orange comparison with this laptop in terms of battery life because the CPU in this laptop performs better at the cost of higher wattage as well as the OLED screen on this which is better at the cost of higher wattage. So that is why the Intel version gets better battery life.

I love this laptop at this price, but is the screen the very glossy type, or is it the anti-glare touch?

Also I thought AMD support USB4 ports and not thunderbolt ports.
This is one of the few compact laptops I saw three usb-c connectors.
i'm still using an older G8 that i use daily, functions and looks like it did when it was brand new
I find fingerprint readers to be more reliable and faster than camera. Camera can be affected by light conditions, even with IR, and if working outside with sunglasses. Also, fingerprint allows one to control *if* the computer unlocks. There are times when I don't want the computer to unlock just because I am sitting in front of it.
Based on what I have seen, this computer does not have ant-reflection like Spectre, XPS, or Galaxy Book. Do you find the reflection bothersome when there is a window or lightsource reflecting off of the display? For displays without anti-reflection like Gorilla Glass DX, I can laterally see myself, when I blink, etc. when in dark mode.
The lack of fingerprint is a disappointment. I presume you do not see it under Windows security or hardware manager?
Lastly, do the fans stay relatively quiet during moderate workloads? The 375 is a beast and I wonder how much heat it generates.
Thanks!
For anyone looking at this deal, please know that AMD's AI laptop chips do not support DIMMs, at all. Soldered only; RAM sticks are unsupported at the platform level (which is crazy, but go off, I guess). I think the same is true of Intel as well, I just can't remember 100%, so I'm not gonna say that.
