I keep getting "Our apologies, your order does not meet the requirements of the Promo Code" error.

Anyone been able to apply this code successfully?

I just tried it. worked for me. I just clicked on the banner ad on the website, selected on of the laptops and applied the code in the cart.

Having the same problem looks like it's not "all laptops" like it claims. Tried a few and got the same error.

Even though it's not stated anywhere, the code evidently doesn't work on anything listed as a "hot deal." The coupon is plastered everywhere claiming "45% Off All Laptops and Tablets I Use Coupon Code: BACK2SCHOOL45." Nowhere does it state there are exclusions. I guess because the hot deals are already 50%+ percent off.

So i bought one of these dell refurb deals 2 weeks ago and the battery test showed about 52% capacity remaining. I could tell it doesn't last long. I emailed them and they said the batteries only need to last 1.5 to 2 hours and it's not covered. So budget in a battery replacement. The last dell refurb deal i bought had almost a new battery and it had been replaced before i bought it.
