Following "get free sample" link on the page or directly going to member rewards I dont see a trace of this. How is it for others? Not quite worth going to store, they had shipped samples last year (or year before?)

It's in the weekly ad. You should just be able to choose your sample and scan your member ID at checkout/register. That is how it has worked in the past.

No idea what version of their paint the sample is (maybe one can choose), but the Valspar Signature line seems to be actually quite good quality paint. Painted 2 rooms with it several years ago, and it applied quite nicely and still looks as new.
