has anyone used this before? I've been looking for a hub that has more than 1 USBC (usually just for passthrough charging). it seems like they're way more expensive or limited on other ports. this seems like a great deal from the description.

I've been using 2 of the first one (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D1XLNWP2) since last dec on my mac studio to connect 2 4k displays and a few external drives; they've worked without any problems.

I just got the 6 in 1 and the HDMI port is not working with a new MacBook Air. It is my first MacBook (for daughter in college) and I'm not familiar. Should this be plug and play or do I need to do anything? The external monitor does not show in Display settings, like the MacBook does not recognize it is there. Don't know if the hub is bad or my user error. Thanks.

They have multiple docks with ethernet ports, including this one, they just aren't on sale.

It should just work. Perhaps the hub is defective. Do any of the other ports work? Do you have USB-PD power plugged into the USB power port on the hub? Have you tried connecting a different device to the monitor HDMI port?

Bought this and used for about a month before the HDMI port died. I usually have high expectations for UGreen, but YMMV.

I'm a little late to the party, but I picked up one of these several months ago and it's worked perfectly with all of my devices and Ethernet is working great. No issues so far with ports not working or anything like that. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D1XN2LF1
