yesterday g5 83" was $4500. Now it is $5850 but with "free" $800 monitor.

Great math, LG!

Why would anyone need a monitor with a TV? This is air purifier all over again

Let me just confirm. The customer service at the partner store is HORRIBLE. I cannot believe how bad. It took me three weeks to (1) cancel an order (2) get confirmation of cancellation (3) stop the carrier from trying to deliver and (4) get the carrier to return the tv. I would email every day and call every day. I was told every day that the agent was going to call the carrier the minute we hang up and tell them to stop contacting me to arrange delivery. The next day I would get a text from carrier asking when to deliver. And the cycle would continue. I would get emails confirmation and the next day I would get an email congratulations your order is ready for delivery. It was mind boggling and I should have listened to all who came before me,. The "partner" store is the worst. (I know others have had no problem and good for you! But there is a dark side to dealing when you get a deal that is too good to be true)

Sucks... but the other option is to pay a lot more.

This, or two 83" B4 OLED sets? Is the matte finish and lower nit rating that bad for half the price?
