This needs a banana for scale. Is a 6oz can those little half-cans? I think the regular size cans are 15oz.

"regular, normal" can of cola is 12oz. Soup and such is15oz.
These Mario manufacturer is a cheeky bastard for making a 6oz can that looks in pics, has proportions of 12/15oz.

No, these are not little half cans, that would typically be what sliced olives are supplied in.

6 oz is the regular size for whole pitted canned olives.
Good luck finding a typical 15 oz sized can with a 15 oz drained weight of olives!

Thanks for your support, I guess you must have shopped for whole pitted olives before.

The 6 oz olive can is the exact same dimensions as a typical size '15 oz' can, go check it out for yourself, OK.

Mario Olives [walmart.com]

edit: $0.74 after 15% S&S, and I had an add'l 15% S&S promo good on lots of things "2025-08-07_Midwest_15%_Pantry Staples"

These are six ounces drained, that's a normal size can of olives, not a small can. Obviously round, pitted olives will contain a great deal of water between them inside the can and by rule, they sell by weight of actual product.
