Christmas cards are still alive. Occasional thank you notes and things like that. It's also sometimes nice to send small packages with a few stamps instead of going to the physical PO or using the buggy USPS website.

Should I allow substitutions?

Either way, I always have to remember that my order never goes through at Walgreens unless I turn off the ad blocker and then refresh the page. Otherwise I get the bouncing dots for all eternity

My only reservation is that these are very generic looking for Christmas cards. Most people don't care but I think my wife would.
