I wouldn't recommend buying this. It needs full sunlight to charge. On cloudy days it's dead. And once it's dead it won't start automatically on sunny day...it has to be manually charged with a wire.
I bought this a few years ago in the 4 pack deal, using 2 sets so far. Battery stays at over 90% to this day stay charged with maybe 6 hours of sunlight. There were cloudy days (few) before but still operational.

Really, never had a problem with mine.

Bought these twice, both times it died literally within a month after warranty expiration. I'll probably end up getting another as I already have the subscription and before the charge panel goes out (after a year of hard sun exposure), I rarely had to take it down to charge it. In fact, neither came down until month 11; so, there's that. Ours were reliable until they stopped charging. If "you're in for one" so to speak, expect a year. But.... that estimate is based on constant triggers with a high activity area so it was used heavily.
Overall I'm happy with eufy cameras, I have multiple eufyCam 2 pro and all of them connected to small solar panels. Never had to charge them again. I haven't used those with built-in solar, but I would go with regular cameras and add solar panels right above them to keep cameras in shade. Mine last around 4 years with no major problems.
I have 3 of these that are all still working fine going on their 3rd or 4th year. Only charged them manually once when I first got them, and the batteries are still full.Sometimes they are a little late catching activity. It's possible they miss some things too, but they've always captured things I know they should (like when I'm mowing the lawn). So performance-wise it's alright. I have a few eufy wired cams too in places without enough sun, and those don't seem to work as well, surprisingly.Every once in a while the camera arm will loosen a little and the camera will droop or twist to a weird angle. Just turn it to the right tighten it again. The instructions say to not attach to live trees. I ignored that and shouldn't have. the tree will expand and warp (eventually break) the plastic mount. I had to nail a piece of wood to the trees and remount to that. That's all I can think to add to this conversation. I like the ones I have. It's nice to have some visibility and peace of mind for a one-time price.
i have door, interior and exterior eufy cameras. never had a problem and records 3 months for free and also i have input a 16gb memory card on each in case wifi goes out it keeps recording then loads once back. No subscription and clear view 180degree. has saved me $ and i have caught neighbors dogs doing their sht on my grass. So they clean once they see the video lol.
