It seems the RAM is upgradeable. I could not find anything from Dell, but there is a similar model with 2x8GB RAM at Dell.com. So I hope we can add another 8GB on the empty slot.

The Walmart website says Power Delivery and display port. I don't own the laptop, so I cannot confirm if it is true.

type C functions for Core 5 and Core 7 cpu only. This one is Core i5. So, the answer is no.

IPS (which is also good).

I snagged one on the West Coast, supposed to be here wed. replacing a 2011 dell Inspiron 11th Gen that is still kicking but this seems to be a significant upgrade on the performance, cores and thermals. some reviews say battery life sucks but of course no one actually gives enough detail such as how long it lasts and what they're doing with it.
