My Chrome eats 16gb ram only. I don't get it why too many 16gb laptop in the market.

I bought the Dell Plus 16 inch Mini Led 32 GB laptop and 12 GB is already used up as soon as I start the laptop like WTF! I wonder if other 32 GB laptops are like this.
