Don't worry about the brand, your PNY is just fine. The benefit of this card over the PNY 5070ti he's referencing is just how thick it is. This one is thinner which is a plus for people with smaller pc's.

Yes what's wrong with it? I just got 5080 OC PNY for pickup in a few days on another thread for $1K. Should I cancel and get this? I don't mind the price difference as these are different products, just interchangeable (with some conversion factor) for what I need. Thx!

i own the pny 5070 TI, is such a solid card. Nothing to worry about honestly; if anything Gigabyte has a leaking thermal paste isue with all their 50xx cards

Nothing. I just like the look of the gigabyte more for my build. If I don't get a good price for my pny I'll just return the gigabyte .
