In-store, they have more deals on sockests and wrenches. All old Kobalt sockets are $0.99, and impact-rated sockets are $2.99. Wrenches are all 4.99, and YMMV. The Lowe's on AZ Ave & Ocotillo had a bunch in the clearance section over the weekend.

This is not reversible. Reversible has a switch to change direction. These are run of the mill ratchet wrenches.

3 weeks ago they had all the sockets metrics and sae for $99 cent! In store only!

Yup. It looks like Lowe's mislabeled it. Click through and see the pictures for yourself.

They either put up the wrong stock photo or the wrong description.

Edit:
Something weird going on here.
The link goes to a regular ratcheting wrench, but one of the thumbnails on the Slickdeals post shows a reversible ratcheting wrench. Tough to put your finger on exactly what went wrong. Either way, the link does not land on the correct wrench.
