Regular pizza is $6.99 in the LA area. Also they make their dough fresh unlike other chains, they don't deserve the hate they get.

Why would you get heartburn from dough? Bruh, that's 1000% from the acidic tomato SAUCE. Not saying you have to like the pizza, but let's at least identify our ingredients properly.

I'm in CA (bay area). Regular cheese is $9.79 but there's a promo if you buy two, the total for both is $9.99. Saw this deal in the app when I was ordering one cheese , it was a no-brainer to get the second one for $0.20 !

Heartburn is caused by stomach acid reflux, not necessarily from mildly acidic foods like tomato sauce. Bad dough can trigger acid reflux

Got this and the 1 girl working there didn't make it crazy, regular crust, still good for $7 though. The true deal is slices and sticks for $7 and you get a $2.50 crazy sauce with it. They also stopped scamming people by changing the $2.50 sauce from the crazy bread and sauce and moving it to the crazy puffs increasing the price by $2.50.

I guess we can compromise on Domino's. Their pizza does give me heartburn. It is as salty as sea water as well (okay, I admit, I stole that line from someone else on here).

Yes, heartburn can vary greatly depending on the individual. The sauce and toppings are far more likely to be a trigger than the dough. I occasionally notice heartburn with Papa John's and also a local pizza place that makes the best pizzas where everything is fresh. They both load the pizzas up with lots of cheese. High-fat foods like cheese and oils can be a big trigger for acid reflux and the amount matters so unfortunately, the best pizzas can often be more problematic when it comes to heartburn.
