I purchased 3 FMS micros over the holidays when they went on sale and I've had some kind of parts related issue with all three of them. One of my biggest gripes is that FMS sells products they can't deliver and they don't reach out to you, you need to reach out to them to find out what's going on with your order, which in my opinion is incredibly poor customer service.

I have reached out to there customer service department and have received responses that are not at all helpful. I purchased FMS product, because after seeing them for the first time they looked like a quality product and I was told that parts support, both factory and aftermarket was not at all an issue, but that has not been my experience.

Every part I've ordered whether aftermarket or FMS comes from China and it takes at least 7-10 days to receive, there is no parts support stateside that I have found (FMS doesn't like dealing with resellers, this info is coming directly from them). Dealing with issues, which I've had several of has been a nightmare and these issues have delayed my builds. I want to be clear that my issues are not with AMain, it's an FMS issue.

Most people are happy with FMS RC cars. Your post is just a copy&paste from one of the reviews. It is a great deal to get a well designed hobby grade RC crawler for less than $80.
