My primary concern is that this does not say how much retinol is in the product by percentage. This is critical to know in order to know how to start and continue using it. Retinol, no matter what you mix it with, will be irritating and possibly damaging at some concentration. It's also important to allow your skin to adjust when introducing it to your routine. Even if it's "low irritation" to one person, well, some people just don't have a reaction but others will. (I'll note their product info DOES say what ink their box is printed with though! lol)
I did VERY rough math that is almost assuredly wrong and calculated that this is 0.5% retinol which is a medium strength for retinol and something one should be more careful than they are suggesting when starting as part of their regimen. If I'm accurate or close to accurate, 0.5% is NOT low concentration (0.1%, or 20% of what this seems to include, would be considered low concentration).
It's surprising it includes hyaluronic acid as that's almost universally discouraged to be used with retinoids.
They recommend using it twice a day (I think?). Any good retinol product will first suggest introducing it slowly (2-3 times a week initially), but also to use it only once per day -- again, because it is a highly irritating product for most people.
Next: they say AM use without also saying using a sunscreen (at least that I saw?). which is critically important with retinol products. At minimum, UV exposure will make the product much less effective. It's also possible it's an overall negative for your skin (retinol encourages skin-cell turnover, so doing it when exposed to UV makes those cells more susceptible to damage)
I'm less sure on this one but: retinol products tend to require refrigeration for shelf stability. That said, lots of folks don't always refrigerate dedicated retinol products. Seems to at worst reduce efficacy, cause new smells or colors. So this is not that strong of a thing but is somewhat surprising. Actually looking at a product picture it says to store it at room temperature of 15C which is 59F... not room temperature lol.
Also the shelf life of 6M after opening seems high, but not absurdly so. You might notice discoloration due to oxidization along with lower efficacy especially past 3 months.
IMO: pick up a Cosrx or The Ordinary retinol product (starting with 0.1%/0.2% or 0.5% if you know your skin isn't typically very sensitive), and start slow. Generally speaking these products are this price or lower, though are mostly single-ingredient but imo for retinol that's a good thing as it lets you control what you apply and when. (Most I've seen are in a base of Squalane but that's a typically non-irritating moisturizer base to carry the active ingredient).
