USA Pan is very good quality if you're unfamiliar. They produce Williams-Sonoma's private label bakeware and this is a great price

anodized aluminum is the gold standard for bakeware and is less reactive than steel with an aluminum alloy coating,which is what aluminized steel is. both should be safe but the former is technically safer if abused. the presence of steel also allows the possibility of rust
