I've talked to appliance repair people and home warranty repair people. All make it very clear to avoid samsung

bought this stove last year and love it. Also own the matching microwave and a Samsung dishwasher and no issues with any of them.

I bought this at on president's day. It arrived to my house damaged THREE times (delivery company said they stack too many too high in the warehouse and the bottom ones are always crushed). Samsung support is absolutely terrible. When you call it's a call center in the Philippines. They have no power to actually help. Ended up having to file a complaint with BBB. They promised me they would take care of it for me to re-order with a price match and additional compensation but put nothing in writing. After a few months of endless calls and emails I gave up and moved on. I would never purchase another Samsung item after this experience, but definitely not directly through Samsung. Range may (or may not) be excellent. Never got to use it.

Ordered exactly this same range yesterday with one of the slim microwaves. After coupons, the price for the range dropped to $880 including 3 year Samsung care+, Installation and haul away. Total before taxes for the range and microwave was $1,210.
