These 'electrolytes' are so strange. 2 flavors have no magnesium, 1 has no potassium and all are low in sodium?

I got a pack of these that were jolly rancher flavored (they were really cheap) and they were terrible. Are these any better?

It has not only aspartame but it also has its sidekick acesulfame potassium, another nasty artificial sweetener. Along with food coloring.

Also I think they are lying about the 7 electrolytes. The different flavors have a big fat line of zeros on the electrolytes nutrition facts

The strawberry watermelon flavor is the only good one, they sell this brand at dollar tree 6 sticks for $1.25. I drink them pretty often as a cheaper alternative to Gatorade/Powerade for electrolytes.

Aspartame and acesulfame potassiumi in moderation is still insanely healthier than sugar.

yeah I've noticed alot of electrolyte powders or sports drinks either go all in or all out when it comes to sodium, like body armor will have a ton of potassium but like no sodium. This KICK powders are good though i get them from Dollar General for like i think $1.25 for a pack of 5 or 6 they taste good imo

i never noticed the one off. the energy ones usually dont have it.

Its definitely the best banana pine coconut powder ive tried. It has more elecrtolytes too. Its closer to pedialyte tasting than many liquid iv.

Im actually going to the dollar GENERAL right now to stock up for 2 months on these. the 5 off 25 makes it cheaper than dollar tree PLUS there is often coupons for it. PLUS choosing flavor matters.

Ive tried 100s or 1000s of these drink mixes since crystal lite was a thing an before with wylers I buy this brand cause its very accurate an has a strong flavor. I knew right away their pine, banana, coconut would be one of the almost non existant good replicas of that flavor.
