This is what Jiffy Lube uses on your oil drain bolt. Seriously this is overkill for most home mechanics. You can strip car lug nuts with this beast. but useful for rusted suspension bolts or taking off Honda crank bolts for timing belt change with a weighted socket.

Pretty slick, if this were the friction ring version I'd be all over this.

We used a version of this to change the bolds holding on the front shock absorber and 1/2 the bots on the sway bar a month ago. $1200 quote vs. $250 in parts from Rockauto and about 3.5 hours of work...and still driving fine one month later.

I was comparing the specs between this and the friction ring high torque. I wonder if this is a better option since it has a lot more IPM's per minute, even though the FT-LBS rating is less. It's also shorter in length and weighs 0.5 lb less than the friction ring.

Stuff like that makes it pretty easy to justify dropping $100-300 on a tool
