Bought one about a month ago when it was advertised at 400 nits. Others and I have received 250 nits and were offered $25 refund after contacting seller. Not happy with this seller.

This isn't meant as a positive or negative comment, just sharing my experience. I bought this laptop about two months ago and have been very happy with it. It's fast for my needs, has a bright screen, and works great overall. Recently however, the barrel charging connector has stopped working unless I really jiggle it, and even then, it only works briefly. It's not a big issue for me, and I'm not going to deal with the warranty hassle since it charges perfectly through one of the USB-C ports. Still, it's something to keep in mind. Otherwise, it's an excellent laptop.

I own this laptop and have been happy with it overall, but have the 400 nit screen. Personally I would not want to buy it with the 250 nit screen.

i concur. had a negative experience as well with the seller on a different issue. fought with them over a delivered laptop that was signed for by the driver and stolen off my porch. seller refused to follow up with fedex and it was a battle to get a refund. props to ebay for taking care of it.

Looks like a different warranty, and "excellent" condition versus "certified." Might be more that's different though.
