I apparently bought this and a bunch of other Leeks back on December 14, 2018 for around $28-$30, along with the copper scaled leek for $61.99 on Jul 31, 2020. Tell me I have a Kershaw leek problem without telling me I have a Kershaw leek problem. Over the years I have even bought a couple of Damascus blades and separately a couple of carbon scaled leeks and combined them to get CF Damascus as Kershaw didn't make the combination I wanted. Good price OP, but . . . .

Must resist. Must resist!

Depends who you ask but some people hate this knife. Handle isn't grippy. Steel isn't great. No deep carry clip and not ambidextrous. But I love the blade design. Very well balanced. Snappy spring assist. I own the Ken Onion version in orange. The Leek has its fan base but also haters.

wonder why's come the mid atlantic gets this deal, maybe there's a glut of them in an Amazon warehouse there? Great knife if you can get the deal.

I like them a lot. They are simple, small factor, unobtrusive to carry, holds a decent edge and can easily be deployed in one hand. The simple lock works well enough that if you accidentally throw then out of your pocket they stay closed, yet the assisted open is simple to use and responsive (and a bit addictive, as someone else mentioned " flickknife"

They are also relatively cheap (when you catch them on sale) so if you lose one you aren't too worried. My regular daily carry is a reverse tanto Random Leek that has seen use for around a decade and is holding up well. I switch over to the copper occasionally just because of the weight in hand - it's my fidget spinner equivalent I guess. On the opposite approach I love the CF scaled Damascus sets that I made, super-light and pleasant on the eye.

I've tried other blades (SOG, Spiderco etc.) but for the day-to-day tasks I use them for they are perfect. I'm not chopping kindling or prepping game with these, not their purpose, but for twine cutting, package opening and general around-the-house tasks I think they are hard to beat.

I didn't get a "mid-Atlantic" coupon, but got a "southwest" coupon 🤷 ♂️
