I'd agree there is alot of underwhelming items there, but a I think most can find something at least semi-useful. Even just for curiosity sake.

I have this on the photo (Kershaw Debris Folder) and I love it. It has very thin profile, yet the blade is average thickness. Handle is also thin, which adds to the slim profile, but has metal lining which makes it feel very strong and rigid. It holds an edge very well. Both D2 steel and tempering are great. Kershaws are usually more expensive, but this knife at that price is a phenomenally good deal.
