This or the romex kurve stripper? Trying to figure out what would be better, I dont do a ton of NM so perhaps just having this in the bottom of the belt is better?

I wish someone would show up on site with this so I could laugh at them

At first I thought the same, but you know what? This actually isn't bad. Make nice, clean and uniform loops. Seems like it would work quick, too.

meanwhile everyone is laughing at you because you cant recognize the elementary concept that not all tools are designed for pro's.

Exactly, like I'm supposed to buy $20k worth of Milwaukee tools in case I need to replace an electrical appliance or an occasional lumber job at my house. We get it, this isn't cool enough for him. One, I'd never make fun of anyone trying to earn an honest living, no matter what they were using. Two, I highly doubt anyone who works with romex every day is out on SDs looking for a cheap tool

pair of wire strippers. That's all you need. These do seem a bit gimicky. And certainly limited in functionality. I could buy this tool that specifically works with 12/2, 14/2 and use it on the occasion I was working with that or just buy some wire strippers that can be used with most wire/jobs. Seems like a no brainer for a diyer. Someone did point out that this would make a clean loop. Granted. But don't think that's important. Btw, the pic of these on the product page where they are using it to twist a wire nut is just laughable. Lol
