Recently purchased this printer myself after spending a long time with Bambu exclusive printers. Trying to move off the Bambu closed platform and going this direction. Hope this helps others. Offer expires on Sunday - August 17, 2025.

Creality-official-store 3D Printer via eBay has the Creality K1 3D Printer on sale for $399 - 15% off with coupon code FIFTEENFORYOU at checkout = $339. Shipping is free.

Rapid Printing: The Creality K1 3D printer is built for speed, reaching up to 600mm/s and 20,000mm/s² acceleration. Reaching 200°C in just 40 seconds. That's 12 times faster than regular DIY 3D printers. Perfect for professionals and beginners alike.

Effortless Auto-Leveling: Achieve perfect prints effortlessly with one tap auto-leveling and dual cooling systems. The Creality K1's innovative design, including a large drum fan and simulated wind tunnel, ensures accurate leveling. An 18W turbofan allows unsupported printing of complex structures.

Solid Unibody Frame: The G-sensor and die-cast frame parts of the Creality K1 eliminate ringing, ensuring steady printing. CoreXY structure, along with an auxiliary cooling fan, adds stability and vibration resistance even at high speeds. Z-axis control reduces layer lines for smoother 0.1mm detailed prints.

Connected and Carefree Control: Creality K1 can print via USB drive or WiFi. Creality K1 can be controlled or monitored* remotely from Creality Print or Creality Cloud APP/WEB. Also allowed when many K1 printers are online. Once the printing is complete or abnormal, a notice will be sent to your phone or PC. No more close watch.

Refurbished is hit or miss with quality I had to return one and get another Please note the one form the official store appears to come with the CFS upgrade kit which is an additional $50Either way this is about half of what I paid 4 months ago The prices are dropping because they are getting ready to launch their K2 Pro and K2 models which have superior features over the K1 series

I got one a couple of weeks ago, came in an box with amazon prime tape that was an obvious return. The box was beat to hell but the printer was ok. It was not factory reset, it was in spanish and had an error code. Managed to do a reset on the menu and it seems to be working fine so far.

It's cheaper (the $245 refurbished), runs Klipper stock, and can easily run a full instance of Klipper after running a macro. Vastly more 3rd party support and can run Fluidd, Octoeverywhere, etc. You can remotely control the K1 without any involvement with Creality's cloud at all. The CC cannot do any of those things. It's a good printer but the lack of open source software means that when Elegoo stops supporting it there won't be any more updates possible.

I'm comparing new to new. I'm also not worried about "what ifs". And klipper has already been put on it with some work. But I just want a printer that works as is, not having to add extra stuff or do extra work. So, I'm not seeing any reason why over the cc. Especially with the shitty rep of Creality making 3d printers that you have to fix often, which there is clear evidence of it occuring for soo many years now.
