That is why you search for something less than that. For me it is price on calories, some people look at the lowest prices, and you, specifically, are looking to be health conscious. Just takes some looking around and if you want to really get into it, spreadsheet it.

The best deal I can tell you for price on calories is the Greek gyro and cordon bleu chicken sandwich.

I only ate one bun on the cordon bleu chicken sandwich. I had taken out the Greek sauce from the gyro.

If you are not willing to look around, then you will assume. I went for price on calories. You may want to find the lowest salt sandwich. Spreadsheet it if you have to.
