Create an account at Sephora, then the shipping is free. At least, that's the case for me.

Edit: i was able to get the shipping charge refunded through their chat support. Suposely some kind of glitch on their end.

I have the set and it's good, but you have to be fine with some scents being femme leaning and some masc leaning. I don't particularly care about that, but some people do.

That's the point of sample sets. This is a good deal since you get 10 samples for half the regular price. I got this box set last year for $30 after trying their jazz club and loving it. It's a good mix of masculine, feminine and unisex scents and this set has a lot of the popular scents.

It costs between $50 to $64 for a one ounce bottle at discounters, depending on which fragrance you're getting. This works out to roughly $29.50 an ounce, and you get ten different ones. Now if you know exactly which one you like. You can sometimes get them for roughly $22 an ounce if you buy the bigger bottles on sale, but this is for people who want to test multiple without spending a ton of money.

These are replica scents. Quality/ concentration is not the same. If you want these types of sub par fragrances and can't find testers at a store I agree this would be an option. An expensive one imo since I would imagine Kohls has testers for these. Peace

Maybe I don't understand what you're trying to say here?

Replica is the brand name, and it's a high quality fragrance. Yes, you could go to the store and use testers (likely Sephora has them in store), but I prefer to be able to try the scent on and wear it as I normally would - and would only be able to do that with one scent at a time...so it'd be a lot of hassle. Admittedly if the scents were instantly gross I could cross them off without that, but I've actually ended up liking all of Replica's I've blind-bought so far (from Costco, so I figured if I really hated it return is easy).

There is a place for a set like this, and for $20 this is a good value for someone who knows they like this brand in general and wants to give more of the scents a test. You can absolutely save money but there is a time cost, and everyone will balance out those two costs differently.

Personally, I'd rather pay $20 than travel to one of these stores; there's not a Kohl's near me and I don't want to deal with a salesperson at sephora (or go to the mall) :3

Costco has a few of these. Regular price is about $32/oz (3.4 oz bottle), but they are often on sale for ~$26/oz ($109 and $89 total price respectively). You can probably get it a bit cheaper, but in my experience these are shipping directly from the manufacturer which I appreciate. That said I suspect Costco's scent lineup is more limited.

Yes, exactly, some of the bottles were on sale at Costco for $75 when I originally posted. They have since gone back to the prices you listed.

The brand is Maison Margiela, a French fashion house. The name of the line is Replica because they're trying to replicate moments into fragrances. As somebody else said, these are actually high quality fragrances. Maybe do a little research so your replies don't come off as sub par.
