I'm going to give it a shot I can always argue with customer service and it lists the item made as 3.32 kg and show specifically in the drop-down specifications as 12 item so definitely have some support with screenshots

worth it probably just to get most for free, but man it doesn't feel worth dealing with Amazon support at the moment lol
