It looks like a regional coupon. You would find it listed right under the sale price. If you don't see it when you choose the Grey/Pink or Pink/Multi options, then it must not be available for you.
Gave 2 of these as gifts and just received feedback that they are the perfect fit for the little soccer stars (under 10). Before gifting, I checked them out a bit and they seemed decent but not impressively constructed. For the average price of about $10 each that I paid, I think they are a screamin value. Hopefully they hold up well.
I bought Gatorade bottles and Towels + a match ball for each of the kids and the towels cost nearly as much as these bags.
But, I remember when I was a kid how awesome it would be to have the same bottles and towels the athletes on TV use, so I went all out.
Personally, for me, I use $2 mainstays bath towels from Walmart. I'm too slick to pay more and treat myself.
If these go back on sale for $10-13 I think that's a nice price for what you get.
