There are a lot of complaints about the required app. However, It's 64% off and it's by far the lowest price ever offered for any electronic sandscape. I bought one because I think it's worth a try. I will decide if it's worth keeping within 30 days.

Got one at a return auction. The connection and actual device is very spotty. When it works it works great drawing patterns from the created playlist but it glitches looping the same design over and over again.
The app is very laggy and janky. If you do not know the basics of how to connect a device to Bluetooth or WiFi without assistance or setting up electronics I would highly not recommend buying this
There is a newer generation of this that supposedly fixed a lot of these issues
