I tried three stores in CT. Two of them listed as 23.98, one had it at 5.92. It's a little further away but worth it.

I bought four of these as well and there's a reason why they are this cheap. If you're very careful with them, they are OK. It's definitely very hard steel and they cut well in metal, but the bits were heat treated a little too long and they are brittle. I found this to be the biggest problem when drilling metal with the smaller bits. When you're almost through a piece of metal right at the very end where the bit grabs at the last bit of thin metal left, they snap like glass. Still a good deal at six dollars but that's why I bought four. I read the comments that they are brittle. If there wasn't anything wrong and they were good bits they wouldn't be six dollars especially with the hex shank.

The shank on these bits is the crappiest soft pot metal. The shaft isn't much better. with Kobalt bits its always a toss up which part is gonna break first. Sometimes the shaft snaps, other times the shaft actually detaches from the shank. The worst part is that little knub at the end of the bit is just slightly longer than the knubs on most bits so sometimes they won't even lock into your impact driver. Oh, yeah you'll also need to insert and remove it a few dozen times to scrape the molding artifacts off of the shank. Until then its likely to get stuck, in your driver and you'll need to pull it out with pliers. If you've never tried Kobalt bits... do yourself a favor and just...
