I am a water flosser user. From the video posted at Amazon review, I can tell how weak the water flow is. Just bring your Waterpik that's the best bet

i have one that looks identical to this, from a previous SD, same price. I took it for family travel. It is a little weak, but worked for our needs -- to clean food attached to braces. It is also small, good for packing, but on the same time it needs to re-fill 3-4 times to finish the job.

Personally I think a lower pressure is good for cleaning tonsils. Which is what I'm looking for.

I'm a daily user. I think flossing before is always required anyway. Can't rely on the pressure alone. I love that it's hand size.
