You do run more risks when buying from Ali Express but from my personal experience I have never had any issues with them. I previously bought a infotainment unit for a 2007 Toyota Prius that's still working great and has way more features and is better integrated into the console than anything you can buy from Amazon or Best Buy.

I have ordered at least twenty times from Ali Express and never had a package not ship. Not saying it does not happen, but fortunately, it has not happened to me.

No. You will need to add a case (mini ITX), cpu fan, memory, and SSD. That's a minimum of another $250. Still pretty good for what you get as long as it keeps working. You can forget about warranty on this.

Insane deal for price/performance. This is right up my alley since I know I will be able to find a use for it in the home lab. Notice that they have a picture showing a massive heatsink only, and another picture shows a fan. Hard to know what you're going to get - but I'm going to find out

So, they DO list it. This is just classic Aliexpress, they recycle a lot of the images on like/similar models so you dont know for sure what you're going to get. I wouldn't be certain either way, but I think there's a good chance this one is like the others and does come with the m2 key-e slot for wifi at least, and probably the gold headers too.
