Has inflation really brought TV's so high? 2 years ago I bought an 85" Samsung QN85C for $1000. (Incredible deal at Sam's Club) My son busted the screen last week and I'm saddened to see a TV that is slightly lower quality at over twice the price today.

These are current year F model. Expect them to keep dropping. I expect them drop another 25% off from this price by end of the year.

I was about to say - if space permits, I'd take the 98 inch TCL qm7k for $2k over this. That deal will likely be back for Black Friday, if not Prime Day in October.
