My order was cancelled. Previously, I was able to purchase gift cards with this particular credit card. Tried again and got a billing address error. Tried different cards and all got the billing error.

  • I have tried and tried to order from Adidas for the past 2 months and I can't do it.
  • I have tried to use just credit cards (7 different cards) to place an order- FAIL
  • I have tried to use just Gift Cards (5 different cards) to place an order - FAIL
  • I have tried to use just PayPal (2 different accounts) to place an order - FAIL
  • I have tried a mixtures of credit cards and gift cards - FAIL
  • I have tried a mixture of gift cards and Pay Pal - FAIL
  • I have tried to order these gift cards. 5 x $50 for $200 - FAIL

The only reason they give is the payment option didn't work and try another form of payment.

I have emailed customer support 10 times. I have received no help. Nothing. Nada.

I'm afraid I'll have to have a lawyer write a letter letting them know they have defrauded me. I have over $300 in gift cards that I can't use.

I hate Adidas shopping online. I love their products, but this has put a very bad taste in my mouth.
