Awesome deal! Picked up one for our kids and one as a Christmas gift. Our kids really want to "help" with gardening, so it will be useful around the yard for a few years at least.

My two toddlers played with this in store. Very cool except if a kid tries to sit in it. Dumped my son out the back.

yup, I can attest to that "in stock" not really being there sometimes...even the employees say that's not the most accurate thing on the app. It's happened to me a few times. There was a Lego item that showed in stock at a low price for probably 2 months when it wasn't there before it finally was removed from the app as "in stock".

My local Costco Warehouses really only had the yard power 3 tool sets in store (the box was all beat up at the Costco I grabbed it from). All the other items from your post were not in any of the local warehouses around me, I really wanted that CAT truck.

I was told returns/defects may factor into these "ghost" inventory though I'm not sure if it's true or not. I've noticed the same for lego sets here too. Some locations have Legos showing in stock that have been gone over a year ago
