It says "built-in", which I always took to mean "non-replaceable", but the battery in this flashlight is definitely replaceable so I'll just chalk it up to poor word choice... Lol.

Not sure about (non)waterproof claims by a couple people online, but looking at it, that's nothing some easily-removeable silicone around the lens, rear battery cover, button, and attached usb-c cable can't fix. It may adhere to the button. 5+ years ago I used to commute 200 miles each week by bike, and never had issues with some simple weather-resistance precautions. Powering electronics with external batteries was the biggest hurdle. Most of those things either didn't have built-in-batteries (smaller/less heatsinking/less brightness), or wouldn't' power on when charging.
I'd love something like this for a rear light - a 21700 battery light strapped to the seat post, and/or seat stays. I still use a LEZYNE 300lm thing as a primary. Micro USB...
